PBI develops, owns, and leases back towers to carriers, wireless broadband service providers, Internet of Things (IoT), and public sector clients, such as schools, municipalities, and safety operators. Our organic growth model consists of identifying areas of coverage gaps, analyzing spectrum need, researching local zoning and network infrastructure, establishing land leases in compelling locations, and working with clients to lease and construct towers.
